Purchase Ledger / Commission Analyst Category: Temp to Contract (Full-time hours)

Fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing business based in Croydon.

The role will be to manage the company's internal and external commissions along with overseeing all purchases made by the business, monitoring how much is owed at all times.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Timely processing of the company's agent commissions and payment of international commissions
  • Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • Resolution of agent rates and payment queries
  • Processing of the in-house sales managers commission and timely reporting to HR
  • Management of the agent 'clawbacks' with special attention to time frames and rates
  • Process business expense returns
  • Efficient and timely updates of agent's information on the database and sage
  • Adhoc duties as requested by the Head of Finance
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be studying towards AAT or Qualified by experience
  • Experience of client management within an SME accounts environment
  • International client base experience would be desirable
  • Working experience within a commercial environment
