Finding a new job can be both exciting and stressful at the same time. Each time you change your job you are making a very important career decision and you owe it to yourself to make sure that you go about the process in a thorough and well-informed way

That's where we come in. We'll work with you in close partnership from the point of first contact throughout the process of your search. We will help you to make the right career decisions and will continue our guidance and support right through to offer stage and beyond, helping you during the difficult time of resignation, and staying in touch during your first weeks in the new job until you are fully settled.

When working with Parkside Accounting & Finance you can expect to be met face to face by one of our experienced consultants.

  • You will be required to complete and sign a comprehensive Parkside document pack to ensure compliance with legislation including proof of identify and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • We will conduct a detailed competency based and biographical interview & where appropriate candidates will be tested on core skills using our electronic testing system, Prove It.
  • If working on a temporary basis we will require references prior to being sent on assignment.
  • We aim to stay in contact with candidates throughout your job search & conduct a rigorous Quality Control process to measure your formal feedback on our service one week and five weeks after registering.
  • With candidates placed into permanent roles we aim to maintain regular contact in order to address any early concerns regarding your new employment. Temporary & interim candidates will be spoken to on the first day of a new assignment and weekly thereafter.
